1st Transnational Project Meeting in Valencia, Spain
14 February 2025
On St. Valentine's Day, in a beautiful Spanish city of Valencia, a United Violet Transnational Project Meeting was organised and hosted by SUSIC Promoción de iniciativas y competencias sostenibles. It was the first opportunity for all project partners to meet in person, discuss the progress of the project's implementation work so far, plan activities for the next 6 months and spend some informal time to get to know each other better.
During a one-day meeting, we discussed the following issues:
Quality Plan Implementation Update (by SUSIC), with the review of proposed quality indicators, ways of monitoring the project progress, as well as formation of the project's Quality Board.
Presentation of the Needs Analysis Report (by SUSIC), containing more than 150 survey results across all countries participating in the project, key findings and implications for educational materials to be created, with partners' feedback and discussion.
Toolkit Development Workshop (by UMT), with main emphasis on the presentation of initial toolkit structure proposal, discussion on the areas of partners' expertise, distribution of modules among partners based on their expertise, as well as proposing timeline and deadlines for toolkit development, including working methodology.
Technical and Communication Updates from responsible partners, i.e. project website development status and presentation of possible forms of e-Platform together with the discussion on the related forms of educational contents (by 36.6CC), summary of the project's communication campaign and promotional activities to date (by Tre Ghinee).
