Progress Update: United Violet 2nd Online Meeting

Today, the United Violet project team convened for the second online meeting to discuss the development of tools and resources aimed at recognizing and combating gender-based violence (GBV). This critical initiative addresses the challenges faced by women and transgender individuals, working to create a safer and more equitable society.
During the one-hour teleconference, representatives from partner institutions across Europe came together to share updates and coordinate efforts. Key topics of discussion included:
Visual Identity of the Project: The development of the project’s visual identity has been finalised, providing a cohesive and professional look that will enhance its visibility and impact.
Press Release: The first press release, including translations into the national languages of project partners, has been completed and is ready for dissemination.
Educator Survey (WP2): Minor adjustments have been introduced to the survey for educators, which is now available online. This tool will gather essential insights to guide the project’s educational components.
Quality Plan: The quality plan has been finalised, ensuring high standards in the project’s processes and outputs.
Project Website: The final version of the official project website is now live, offering comprehensive information about the initiative and its goals.
E-learning Platform: The first draft of the technical specifications for the platform will be reviewed during the upcoming partner meeting in Valencia, Spain.
Preparations for Valencia TPM: Arrangements for the first face-to-face Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) in Valencia on February 14, 2025, are underway. This meeting will serve as a pivotal moment for collaborative planning and discussion.
